In a simple virtual ceremony, the Department of Health – Metro Manila Center for Health Development (DOH-MMCHD) today formally endorsed to Ospital ng Makati four (4) ambulance units for immediate essential use of the said hospital operated by the City Government of Makati.
The ambulance units given to Ospital ng Makati are among the 25 units procured by the DOH-MMCHD thru its Health Facility Enhancement Program (HFEP) that was funded in 2019. Prior to the granting of the ambulance units, the DOH-MMCHD assisted Ospital ng Makati in the processing of required documents before operationalization.
Present during the ceremonial turnover are Dr. Maria Teresa Rivera, Head of the Health Facility Enhancement Program and Monitoring Unit (HFEPMU) selected DOH-MMCHD staff and representatives of the Ospital ng Makati.
